Working with Jack
A real workspace shape: 5–20 things in motion, most of them Jack's.
The problem

You didn't start a business to do this job

Somewhere between your first invoice and your first VAT return, you picked up a second job: accountant. Nights categorising receipts. An expensive human who replies next week. Three apps that don't talk to each other — with you as the integration.

€100–300a month for bookkeeping alone at this size — and the books are still weeks behind when you need them.
3–5 appsinvoicing, banking, accounting, expenses — none of them talk to each other. You are the integration.
19×the tax-compliance burden micro-businesses carry versus large firms, relative to turnover (European Parliament, 2023).
Meet Jack

Jack works for you.

A CFO who doesn't just advise — he does the work himself. The finance chief you couldn't justify hiring, for a fraction of one salary. Jack takes care of:

Accounting
Every transaction categorised, invoices matched to payments, books kept on a real double-entry ledger — live, not at month-end. VAT and tax declarations produced from the actual ledger, on time and reconciled to the books — and every filing tracked through to the authority's acceptance.
Banking
Your accounts, cards and cash in one place; payments watched; money and books never out of sync — or connect your existing LHV account and keep your bank.
Credit
Cards issued in a sentence, with limits Jack enforces; credit and loan accounts kept current in the books; and books always clean enough to borrow against.
Intelligence
Straight answers from your live ledger, not a guess: "Can I afford to pay myself this month?" "Which client is most profitable?" "How would a new hire affect my runway?"

How he works

Look over his shoulder

Everything you send takes the same four steps, and you can watch every one.

You sendForward an email, photograph a receipt, or let the bank feed bring it in. No filing system to learn.
He readsCounterparty, dates, amounts, VAT, currency — read from the document and checked against what is already in your books.
He proposesThis document, booked this way, matched to this payment — with his reasoning. Accept it, correct it, or send it back.
He postsInto a real double-entry ledger, as journal entries. That is why your VAT return and annual report come out of the books themselves.

At this trust level, nothing is booked until you pick one.

How much of that he does on his own is your call. Leave Jack proposing everything and accept each one, or let him act within limits you set — per kind of work, changed whenever you like. Either way every entry is logged, explained and reversible.

The ledger, the periods that close, the filings and the specialists behind him: how Jack works, in full.

At €10K/month revenue, Jack costs €100/month. No seats, no tiers, no upsells — one teammate, all in.

The 1% is on what you invoice, net of VAT, and it stops at €10,000 a year — a ceiling you only reach at a million in revenue.

Before you hire him

Three questions you would ask anyone you hired

ResponsibilityYours, as it is with any accountant — the declarations go in under your company's name. What Jack owes you is books you can stand behind: every figure traced to a document, every decision explained, nothing you cannot check yourself.
Your booksYours to take. Documents, ledger and full history export whenever you ask. Jack keeps your accounts because you want him to, not because leaving would be difficult.
Your accountantKeep them if you have one. Plenty of clients do — for the annual sign-off, for advice when a decision matters, for the relationship. Jack does the daily work either way, and your accountant gets back the part of the job they trained for.

You wouldn't hire a teammate you haven't met. Neither would we send you one.

Jack takes on new clients in small batches. Join the list, and when it's your turn we onboard you personally — your real documents, your real bank, your books live by the end of the session. Your 30 free days start from that moment. Then decide: hire him only if he's earned it.

Jack works with Estonian companies today — including e-residents running them from abroad. Somewhere else in the EU? Join anyway, and tell us where you are.
